Is a SWPPP required in Utah?
Your project in the state of Utah must have a stormwater pollution prevention plan if the following applies:
- It’s affecting 1 acre or more of land.
- It affects less than 1 acre of land but is considered by the City or County as ‘part of a larger common plan of development’, which is basically a way of the City or County forcing you to complete the full SWPPP package for your project.
